Lazomis QI is designed for non-identifiable clinical audit and quality-improvement information. It must not be used to store patient-identifiable information.
Organisational requirements vary. Healthcare professionals should follow their employer’s procedures for registering audits, approving quality-improvement work and using external digital platforms.
Lazomis QI is operated by Flux Medical Limited, which is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Lazomis QI does not sell users’ clinical audit information.

No patient names, NHS numbers or hospital numbers are needed to run a project.

Encrypted connections, authenticated accounts and role-based project access.
